B-Day Announcement.

Hello from the dorms management team.

Hope you guys are enjoying this, the first day of the month of August 2007. Couple of things...
To all dorms residents, remember that towards the end of the month everyone will have to vacate the building and seek temporary housing arrangements as we near the anniversary when you'll have to resubmit your application if you wish to stay for another year.
But on to happier news... Or should that be mews? We'd like to wish a happy purrday or birthday to Wanda the Cat. If you have birthday wishes, gifts, or cards, please leave them at Room #3 or talk to Beth if she needs help with the party preparations for later tonight.

Cookie: What we do for her birthday?
Beth: Well I thought that just us roomies could take her to lunch and then tonight we can have a party for the rest of the dorm down at the pool
Red: Sounds like a plan!
Cookie: Me get the cake
Beth: You promise not to eat it?
Cookie: Me promise
Red: I'll go get the pools cleaned
Beth: And I'll distract Wanda. *goes to find Wanda in the bathroom where she is getting ready for the day* Hey Wanda!
Wanda: Good morning!
Beth: Happy birthday! How would you like to go for manicures and pedicures this morning?
Wanda: Really? That sounds great! Thanks! *they leave the dorm*

Hi Bry... Telly's upstairs with Kyle. Bert and Ernie seem to have gone off with Prawny, they'll be back at week's end.

OOC: We had a major tragedy in my city tonight. I'm ok, but a bridge collapsed in the heart of Minneapolis, and it's kind of consuming me tonight. I apologize, please go on with the party, Wanda is all ready to celebrate. Thanks, I'll check in tomorrow.

OOC: Glad to hear that big cousin. *Hugs. You know, I'd be wery suspicious of that bridge collapsing. You sure it wasn't caused by all the sports fans upset at the trades made killing the Twins and T-Wolves? Hope you're OK though.

Count: Do you have the present my fiend?
Me: Yep... Got Wanda a cookbook and a pair of fuzzy feeted slippers. Now come on, I think there's some music leading us off to the poolhouse.
*Both head upwards inside the elevator and out the walled walkway to the watery wings of the poolhouse, accompanied by a haunting magic pipe's music.

Count: I say 1, 2, ah-ha!
Me: Play me do... Let me sound as sweet as you.
Count: Play me vide, play me long.
Both: Let me be your song... Happy birthday Wanda!

Bunsen: Oh dear, Beth must be troubled as she has not gone to her friend's party. I-I think I should...

Beaker: *puts hand on his shoulder* meep meep?

Claudia: You seem a little speechless Bunnie. *not sarcastic*

Bunsen: I did get some flowers experimented on earlier--they did get bigger and more beautiful...I suppose Beth should like them.

Claudia: You act as if you had a crush on her. *Jokes gently*

Bunsen: Oh stop it, I simply hate to see a person feel distraught especially someone who seems so kind. I hope this sends a smile to her face.

Beaker: *writing a card*

sorry if it sounds corny. Bunsen told me to write that but we are glad that you are ok. Glad it was not you on that bridge. Claudia would cry her heart out and eat loads of doughnuts and torture me and Bunsen for an eternity. XD
