Hey Ryan... Which figure you after? Been watching the Dodgers and Padres game tonight, on Jackie Robinson Day, it's been rully interesting to me with all the interviews and stories from back in the day.

Been meaning to fill in a few spots to complete my collection, but I'm leaving that for the summer. Concentrating on school stuff and other pursuits like getting the woodworker for my double-shelving unit. Not to mention there's that Sesame Street set Ken's got, ahefty investment will have to be decided upon should I go after that one. We'll see what happens and good luck buddy.

Johnny: Whatcha doin' there, guys?
Randall: Watching baseball, Johnny.. Frank Robinson was just on.. one of my all-time favorite players. And Dave Winfield's on in a minute.. I grew up watching him.
Sal: Why not join us, Johnny?
Don: Yeah, it's the national pastime, you know. And if Don Music enjoys it, everyone should.
Johnny: Eh.. I'm more of a hockey fan myself.. the Devil's play today?
Sal: I dunno, Johnny.. you want I should run out for a newspaper and check?
Johnny: (shakes his head) Nah, I'll check in the morning.. you got any food with the game?
Don: Yeah, we got chips and salsa and ice cream and all kinds of snacky foods.
Johnny: Ok, then. I'm in.

Ah... Hockey, and what's more, Playoff Hockey! Too bad there's virtually no TV coverage of it though, I love playoff hockey, especially for the possitbility of the marathon games.
To quote a fiend of mine... Sudden Death, my favorite part of the game!
Count: Yes, games that last into 1, 2, 3 in the morning!

Bummed that the Maple Leafs aren't in this year... But at least the Detroit Redwings are up 2-0 on Calgary. Those flames will get snuffed out by the redwing dragons in no time. And it looks like the NY Rangers'll win a series for the first time in a long time.

*Approves. Glad to hear it. That reminds me, there's a section of piping on the front of my set that needs glueing. You need to be careful with the little stagelights, there are six of them and the hooks that allow them to latch on to the stage's rigging can snap off. That's why I've got four left. And you need to be careful when checking Animal's wrist and ankle articulation, those can break off too. But the eyebrow articulation's cool, you need to use your fingers to get that one to move up or down. Sorry if I sound preachy about it, just dwelling on past experiences to make sure you don't go through the same thing. Though my original playset Animal figure suffered a disarming injury or two, Ken stepped in with a great replacement.

Oh, and congrats... If we're talking about the fifty figures that make up the ten regular series, sans variants with the lone exception of the two differently-painted Frog Scouts that came with the FSL Kermit figures, then that part of my collection's complete too. Course, the Mini Muppets, Special Exclusives (Wedding of the Century and Jim Henson Muppet), and Industry Exclusives portion of the collection are complete in my collection too. And I've got a lot of the variants kept MOC/MIB.
*Opens closet so Prawny can see the band and other repaints tucked neatly in rows on the lower rack.

(Catherine walks through the door and drops her bags. She is immediately glommed by an enthusiastic Fozzie, who comes and throws his furry arms around her waist.)
Fozzie: You're home! You're home!
Catherine: (patting Fozzie warmly on the back and removing his hat so she can kiss the top of his head fondly) Hi Fozzie! I missed you too!
(Fozzie starts to carry the suitcase but finds it impossible to lift. Catherine laughs and hefts it with difficulty, staggering down the short hallway to deposit it in her room.) There--I'll unpack later. I'm bushed. (They flop into the two lime-green tweed recliners.) How have things been while I've been gone?
Fozzie: Okay. We stayed with Layla, and she's nice. She cooks for us and everything.
Catherine: Where are Kermit and Piggy? Out on a date?
Fozzie: Nope--Kermit's cramming for a final in "How to Handle Irate Guest Stars."
Catherine: And Piggy?
Fozzie: (after looking around carefully) Probably just cramming. She had a killer day yesterday--two department store openings and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. I think she went out with some of the gang for ice cream.
Catherine: (anxiously) I didn't know Piggy had three gigs yesterday.
Fozzie: Well, technically, she had two. The second department store opening had something to do with a pair of red shoes....
Catherine: Ice cream, huh?
Fozzie: (brightening) Yeah--wanno go see if we can join them?
Catherine: Sounds like a plan.

(It's a nice quiet night. Big Bird is all tucked into his nest for the night and he says goodnight to Beth who turns out the light. He is looking up out the basement room window at the night sky and a single bright star catches his eye.)

Big Bird: One little star, all alone in the sky
Do you ever get lonely as the twilight drifts by?

(Sitting on a sandy Florida beach watching the night sky...)
Bry: One little star, in the darkening blue
Do you long for another just the way that I do?

(Ernie and Bert, both in pajamas, are gazing out Ryan's window)
Ernie: Sky begins to fill;
Bert: Darkness ends the day
Both (harmonizing): Someone who I love is far away.
(Ernie rests his head in his hand while Bert pats him on the back)

Bry: One little star, reaching far through the night
Do you shine on my someone? Are we sharing your light?
Oh, one little star, shine on us both tonight.

Big Bird (speaking): Gosh, Bryan hasn't written in so long. I really miss him. I wonder what he's doing right now.

One little star (Bry/Bert/Ernie: one little star)
Reaching far through the night (Bry/Bert/Ernie: reaching far through the night)
Would you shine on my someone (Bry/Bert/Ernie: shine on my someone)
So we're sharing your light? (Bry/Bert/Ernie: please, share your light)

ALL: Oh, one little star, shine on us all tonight.

(Big Bird tucks his beak into his chest and drifts off to sleep, dreaming of the day he gets to see his friend again)

Cookie: Yeah, me want to know how he doing too
Wanda: What's it say Beth?
*they all gather around and Beth reads the card talking about Bryan's experience in New York*
Big Bird: Wow, I can't wait to see the umbrella he got, that sounds neat!
Wanda: Thanks for reading that
Red: Yeah, it's neat to hear about his travels.
Cookie: You think he had cookies in Big Apple?
Beth: I'm sure he did Cookie Monster, come on guys, let's eat, I'm hungry

Telly: *comes running in* Beth hear from Bryan again. It's so cool to hear from our roomie and buddy. He said he's doing fine and well and that he'll be home as soon as he can. I am so happy! *laughs goes to his room*

Glad to alway see Telly happy. So Grover hows the campain going?

Grover: It is going just fine. Herry and Cookie are helping me in it.

Telly: I'm going to have to come and vote for you.

I've been needing too. Just haven't had time.

Herry: I sure do love helping as much as Grover does. I sure do hope he wins.

Grover: I hope so too Herry but if i do not i will not worry. Everyone here are freinds and not enemies.

Good to hear that.

Herry: Just hope no one tries to blow anything up.

Crazy Harry: Did someone say "blow up?" *sets off his dymite which blows a up some of our dishes* *laughs and runs away*

Telly: *runs out of room* What was that?

Crazy Harry blew up some of our dishes and stuff.

Telly: *whew* I thought i was thinking to much of triangles. *walks back into the room*
