I used to own it on IBM-PC, and I'd like to see if I can find it for NES, but until then, I'll be playing the digital version!! Good Lord, that game was hard! Even harder than Where's Waldo on NES (and believe you me, that was HARD). The NES played host to all these crazy-hard games, and the Gameboy as well.

Those were only on #3. What made Mario 1 harder than all the others was the fact that it didn't matter if you were fire Mario or Super Mario, you just shrank if you were hit once. I could never make it past Koopa hurling a wall of hammers. Dude had fire... he was hard enough then.
