Microsoft Not Amused by Family Guy, Pulls Plug on Sponsorship
Apparently, Microsoft decided to add to its troubles by yanking away its Family Guy ad campaign. Family Guy is largely hit-or-miss in the comedy department, but one thing for certain is that they offend *everyone* equally. It's always been a rude show.
This is in a long line of bad decisions by the company. Vista threw so much mud on the image of the company, and then they tried to revive their name by creating unfunny ads by once popular personality Jerry Seinfeld, and now this.
I'm a PC user because I disagree with the Apple model of business, but that doesn't mean I'm a big Microsoft fan. Both brands have proven to be quite oppressive IMHO! I hope this new bad move creates a new popular competitor operating system to Windows. I'd personally like to see both Gates and Jobs get one-upped by a newcomer.
Anyway, what a terrible move by Microsoft!
