*Finding a message on our machine. *Two little furballs tiptoe inside Room 6. They peer quizically at the thing sleeping on Kathy's bed. The orange one pounces on top of it, surprised when there's no reaction. The black one grabs what looks like a sleeve in her teeth, flopping the thing's arm, still no reaction. They sit there staring at the thing, mueling into echoing caverns at both sides of where the thing laid down its head. *Unconvinced, they leap into Kathy's bed, deciding to curl up for a catnap with whatever's lying in Kathy's bed.

waking up sometime later,I see Gaffer & Fatatita dozing next to me. Just about then,Gaffer opens up a sleepy eye and a soft Prrtt?
Hi Gaffer!I whisper,petting her,Miss me?
Gaffer rubs her face against my arms
Awwww...I missed you too ,kitty.
Fatatita wakes up,sees me and starts purring
Hiya Fatatita! petting her too Did you have fun with your sister in paw?
Fatatita jumps off my bed,then does figure 8's around my ankles
I laugh,I guess that means yes.
Fatatita runs to the door and nudges at it
Wanna go back to Room 1?OK kitty.Thanks for visiting.I pet her on the head and open the door. Just then Prairie Rosita and Grover come in
Hi everyone! we all hug
Grover:Is everything all right now,Kathy?
Yes,thanks for asking,Grover. I'm pretty sure I'll be here for a while now.
Prairie:OK..that's good.
Rosita:Kathy...we were starting to get worried about you.
Thank you Rosita.Thank you all. But I think things will get better. I'll just think positive,that's all.
Prairie:That's our Kathy.

Kelly (drooling in the common room, watching her new DVD of Star Trek)

Spike (sighs): I admit, toots ... I like dis movie. How did anyone evah watch dis in da sixties in your calendar?

Kelly: Give them a break. Gene didn't have the money or the technology back then. This movie is what the series would have been.

Spike (scratches head): If you say so, toots. I can just imagine how being attacked by CGI furballs woulda been SO much bettah.

Kelly (glares at him): Thornoids ... jerk.

Spike (nods): Point taken.

Newsie (waving a flag around the lobby)

Cotterpin: What are you doing?

Newsie (sighs): Proving someone's here today before the day's over. *pause* Kelly made me.

Cotterpin: -_- Uh huh.

 

[Muppet Newsgirl]

(Erin and Nora are sorting through the their library - a job that has been put off for several months.)

Erin: You know, I bought some of these books a month and a half ago and I still haven't read them.
Nora: I know the feeling. Should the Saiyuki books have their own shelf or do they go with the other manga?
Erin: Try to wedge them in with Peacemaker and Fruits Basket and the others. Is the Lost World still out and about?
Nora: Yeah, Scooter borrowed it - and Beige's aunt wants to borrow a few of the Ladies' Detective Agency books.
Scooter: (entering) Boy, Challenger's a real nutcase. (hands book back) Need help?
Erin: Yeah, we're putting all the mysteries up on the third shelf - if you can go through that box there.
Scooter: Right. (starts sorting through books) Maybe you guys ought to build an addition on to the shelf - it looks like it's starting to teeter a bit.
Erin: I know - one more paperback and the entire left side's going to fall over.
Beige: (entering) Evening, ladies and genglefengs. (brings in large book) My aunt's all done with the 500 More Ludicrous Legends from Fraggle Cave. (parks book rather heavily on shelf, which starts to creak dangerously)
Storyteller: (emerging from hut) I have those manuscripts of old Gorg legends you wanted to look at...
Nora: No, Storyteller, don't put them on that...

(shelf promptly collapses, spilling books all over room)

Nora: ...shelf.

*Sigh of satisfaction. Mmhm. Just waiting to hear back from my credited diligent sources before retaking the test of creations for the castle. Good thing I've got the Iron Chef marathon to tide me over until tonight.

Newsie (leaves taped message on Ed's door): Kelly will be more than happy, due to this being her last clinical today, to write up descriptions for various characters after class. Thank you for your kind consideration.

*Tapes reply on Kelly's door saying that we completely understand and wish her luck on her last clinical.

*Back to building up the stash of gold/money to buy some Tree Ents to take on the Orc King in that FB game I've been playing this weekend.

Logan: (Walks into MC dorms) Wow, i havent been here in a while.
(A familiar muppet shadow walks behind him)
Logan: (Unlocks door to room #4)
(Pizza automatticaly fall on Logan's head and Mahna Mahna and Snowths lay passed outon bed)
Logan: (yelling) WHAT IS THIS!
(Mahna Mahna and Snowths jump up out of the bed)
Mahna Mahna: Mahna mahna mahna mah mah na!
Snowths: Doo dooo dooo do doo dooo!
Logan: I have no idea what you just said!
Voice behind Logan: I think I have an idea.
(voice comes out of shadows to reveal Nigel the Orchestra conductor)
Mahna Mahna: Mahna Mahna Mahnigel?
(One Snowth passes out)

Logan: I'm bored. What are we going to do for Thanksgiving.
Mahna Mahna: Mahna Mahna mahna mahn man mah nana
Logan: What'd he say?
Nigel: He says he and the snowths are just going to order pizza and watch the parade.
Logan: Sounds like fun. I'm going to my grandmother's for Thanksgiving. How about you Nigel? What are you doing for Thanksgiving?
Nigel: Nothing.
Logan: Hmm, fun stuff.
