I got my Kermit through e-bay because the seller listed a fixed US$75 international shipping cost by USPS Global Express mail. I received Kermit in Perth, Western Australia from Connecticut USA within 5 days of winning him (it was a "buy now" only listing), and I was able to track his shipping journey all the way.

The shop still has one Kermit left but is now charging US$85 shipping, but its still better than some of the comments I've read in this thread.

That is the same seller I got mine from and it arrived on Thursday morning after only being sent on Monday! I didn't think it would make it by Christmas but amazingly it did. This is the only seller currently who sells to Australia without charging ridiculous amounts for postage and I recommend the seller as being fast ,friendly and honest, I also know of a few other people in Australia who bought off him.

I have got quotes from some specialist model shops in Australia who can get it in for about $450 so it is cheaper and "probably faster" to get from the seller in Connecticut on ebay rather than going to the trouble of buying locally.
