I've eaten turquoise back when the vote was going on.

Blue's my favorite color too, but they already had one, so I voted for purple.

Purple was my second choice because it sort of would've been fitting for a bag of M&M's; I don't think many people voted for pink.

I remember that big vote thing. Since blue is my favorite color, I really wanted that turquoise color, too, but purple was my second favorite. I would like to see some purple M&M's again. They were cute.

And Snowthy, I want to thank you. I do remember the light brown M&M's. A while ago, I was eating M&M's, and I thought I remembered there being another color, but for the life of me, I could not remember what the color was. So, thank you for reminding me!

Heh... Anybody remember the black M&M's?

The turquoise ones, along with the pink ones, are used for the special Easter bags of M&M candies... Just like the red and green bags are used during Christmas.

Also, a bit of trivia for you guys... There were four main retailled differently colored M&M bags.
There was the black bag for the original milk chocolate candies, the yellow bag for the peanut M&M's, the orange bag for the ones filled with smooth peanut butter, and a silver bag for the almond M&M candies.

I though Puple was just the most natural color to go with the rest of them.

Ed, I think the Black ones were before my time. But that did get rid of red for awile, although I don't remember why. I always rememthe being a red from some reason, but there was a time where there wasn't not to long ago, and I don't remember them coming back either.

They got rid of Red because of some controversy with the red dye #2. I forgot all about that!
