Then, Bob would be playing himself if his last name was McGrath on the show. That's his last name in real life. And speaking of last names, I read that Gordon's actor, Roscoe Orman, took the last name of Robinson for his character as a homage to the original Gordon, Matt Robinson. I would assume if some of the characters weren't given a last name on the show, they'd use their real ones, but never mention them.

Oh... You're talking about an episode towards the end of Season 35. The name of the bagpipe player, voiced by Jerry Nelson, is Scottie McKilt.

These look right. And you would be right to say that Olivia's last name is Robinson, because she is Gordon's sister and was never married. As for Ruthie...if she had a last name I would say it was Buzzi considering Ruth Buzzi is the actress and she is basically playing herself.
