According to the book Sesame Street Unpaved, Kingstin Livingston was friends with Roxie Marie. However, I cannot think of any moments with both of these characters interacting. The only time I ever recall seeing them together was in Sesame Streets 25th Birthday: A Musical Celebration, where they both appear in the background several times, and I can't rememebr if they were ever standing next to each other, but neither of them spoke in this special.

The only Kingston Livingston III skits that I have seen are the songs Just Happy To Be Me and The Cat Had A Birthday. The only other times that I recall seeing Roxie Marie were in a season 29 episode where the furry arms hotel gets a flea problem, a skit where Roxie and Biff only appear in voice-over form as they watch a ballet (or some kind of dance), and in the background of the One Small Voice number in Elmopalooza.

Roxie Marie and Kingston Livingston III were only seen once together and it was in the very first episode Kingston Livingston III was ever in. It was an episode from 1993.

If they only appeared togetehr once, then I wonder why it mentioend that Roxy Marie was Kingston Livingstons friend in his character description in that book? Maybe the author of the book saw the episode where Kingston Livingston III debuted in and, possibly without seeing much other episodes/ skits with him, assumed that they were friends. Or maybe they were meant to be a regular duo, the author saw some written information saying this, and put that in the book.

Of course, this book gives a brief description of Kingston Livingston III, but his section is the only place in the entire book where Roxy Marie is even mentioned by name. I don't think she is even listed in the setion on who performed which characters.

From 1992 through 1998 these muppets were main muppet characters on the
show and were also best frinds. During this time they hung out together all the time, they were were like Snuffy and Big Bird, Elmo and Zoe, Baby Bear and Telly, or Telly and Oscar, or Biff and Sully, I remember then being together all the time and sometime, like anyboby else, they would disagree.

Kinston also had a crew called crew four or Kinstons Crue where the group would always deside on one way to do something, and Kinston would always state that he liked and respected the other members way, but that he always had is onw of doing things, which sometimes jeopardised thier frendships, bun in the end, everyboby learns that you can like different things and do things different ways and still be frends.

Kingston Livingston is one of my favorite Kevin Clash characters beyond Elmo, because he's different, and proud of it as well. The last time I saw him was on 'Elmo Says Boo', telling a Halloween joke. I haven't seen much of Roxie Marie, well actually I have, but nothing memorable. I do know that she's Biff's niece. The last time I saw her (or heard her) was when she and Biff was narrating askit about something, I just can't remember what it was.

I think Kingston is awesome. He is sorta like the modern Roosevelt Franklin. Don't really know much about Roxie Marie other than she is Biff's niece and I have heard her on one or two recordings. She must have been introduced around a time I wasn't watching very much.

Roxy Marie made her debut in 1992, I think she dissapeared along with the around the corner set in 1998.
