The main material is blizzard fleece. Jo-Ann Fabric had only one shade of green, but it was remarkably close to "Kermit green" if not perhaps a bit too light. The collar is regular old anti-pill fleece instead of felt, chosen simply because it was about the proper color for his collar.What did you use for materials?
Kermit's mouth is made from gasket rubber, with a felt covering, of course. Kermit's eyes are ping pong balls (which are actually slightly too large, but oh well) with cut styrofoam balls inside to make them a bit more solid and easier to attach to the head.
