One thing in this last chapter though... When the Electric Mayhem's practicing... "The music always had soothed this collection of savage "brests"?"
Um, perhaps you meant "savage "beasts""?

Huge chunk yes... But you know it was so soothing to find another chapter for this epic of yours. So Brenda knows who the culprit is, and she's bothered by the puzzle... Janice chatting it up with the girls, Clifford uneasy about his arrangement with the guitarist, Bunsen giddy over his dancing date... It's all so weeeeeee!
And I have to give you points for the line where the girls say "wrong base player", acknowledging Clifford's days playing with the Solid Foam.

You know... Almost tempted to start a poll to see which story will break the tie for longest fanfic: Kermie's Girl or A Heart of Gold, owing to the fact they both have 51 chapters posted so far.
Oh, and the sooner KG C.52 gets posted, the sooner you'll all get a nice little surprise to go along with the fantabulous fanfic reading.

Um, I know that the size of the post doesn't matter, but I thought it might be fun to tell you all that--Kermie's Girl is--at present--102,912 words. And I'm working on it!

Hmm... It's been almost half a month since the excitement over the hurrah for the next chapter getting posted. Not only is Ed restlessly awaiting the start of the show, but he's also restlessly awaiting this new chapter. Especially when Lisa's Heart of Gold has taken the lead, stymied as it's been for a while at 52 chapters. Oh, and if you post the chapter we're all waiting for, well, all I can say is there'll be a nice reward added. A good lengthy review and something secret that only a select few have seen before.

Sure hope the change of seasons for Kermie's Girl doesn't make us wait until September 22nd when it actually changes from summer to...

Sorry, channeling Field of Dreams there for a moment. But it's hard not to when you've planted the seed of want for us, and one forum member in particular, to see this in their mind's eye hoping that said person's dreams will be blissfully graced with the pages of the next chapter.

If this doesn't convince you to come back and post, then I don't know what will.

And I certainly hope to have her back here and at the dorms too soonerishkibbible. She knows we're loyal readers and won't let this majesty simply sink into the darkness, past the cracks in the floor into the nothingness that is the depths of the MC forums.
