Jim at the Television Academy Hall of Fame

Hey all, I've heard the MP3 "Henson" of Kermit and the Muppets honoring Jim Henson at the Television Academy of Fame. I assume that means the ceremony was televised. If so, when? I know it was in 1987, but is there a specific date?

Also, has anyone seen this ceremony? I mean actually seen the television broadcast?

The Jim Henson tribute was on Youtube a while back and I loved it. They've taken it off since. I'd love to see it again, or atleast get an MP3 of the song.
