Count, it is a picture of Janice next to a picture of a lady who has very very big eyelashes and her eyes are very closed so it's reminiscent of Janice. Also she has a big wide smile. Both photos are taken on the same 3/4 angle so it's trying to show that Janice and whoever is in the photo look like the same person.

Dwayne I don't think it is a race joke (Count, the girl in the photo is black). I see no reason that it would be.

It's not a race joke at all. It's simply someone who looks very very much like Janice, next to a photo of Janice.

It's just a pic i found online where someone thought it was funny to compare the two because they look alike...
