Once upon a time, Dave Goelz could see without the aid of glasses. Then one day his vision got blurry or something. I wasn't there, so I don't know what happened. But I'm sure that he noticed that he couldn't see very well. Anyway, the legacy that is Dave's glasses was born. He's done it all. He's had glasses that everyone, even Squishy Bottom, had to admire. He's also had glasses that the only thing to admire was Dave's gusto for wearing them. Through it all Dave has had improved vision and awe-inspiring glasses. So it seems very fitting that I award a Golden Muffin to Dave Goelz and his glasses!
