I haven't seen it since I was about six or seven, but I'd disagree with you there. The Grouch anthem is good, Cookie eating the Volkswagen is good, and the rest is bad. A stupid plot and it should have stayed focused on, well, Sesame Street (the location). At least me, Groverandgrapes, and every other member of this site agrees that Elmo in Grouchland is dog crap.
