Its not websites that are affected, its computers that got the virus. Now, how people got the virus it doesn't say.

Really, I dont think there is anything you need to worry about

As I said, not trying to be smug! I just don't get at all WHY anyone buys pcs anymore. It boggles me. Confused, not snarky, okay? Chill.

Maybe it's because Macs are so danflabbed expensive. There aren't many people who want to pay in excess of $1500 dollars for a Mac, when they can get a comperable PC for $500-$800.

Not only that, but Macs are sold cold and impersonal, PCs on the other hand can be tailored to your liking.

Not what I would expect to see on know your meme but if you are truly that freaked out about it, read this. If you have never downloaded any video codecs, you are probably fine :stick_out_tongue:

It also finally gives a clear explanation on the whole thing

Hmm... well, now that MIGHT be a problem with my older computer, as I recall I had to download a codec a few years ago (2006, 2007 or so), back when AVIs weren't compatible with Windows Media Player, and you actually needed specific codecs to watch AVIs (this was before I downloaded VLC Player).

I guess I'll be waiting until midnight to see if my Internet shuts down.

Update: Looks like I survived.
