OK Bry...here's what happened:BEAR said:Forgive me for not completely understanding. What exactly was it they did wrong? If you'd rather speak by PM that is fine. I am just trying to understand better.
For starters,he looked better in the hospital than he did in the funeral home.My dad normally had tannish-white skin. The funeral home made him look yellowish gray!
.Also,(one thing I didn't mention to you guys) funeral homes normally provide kneelers to pray on in front of the casket. They didn't bother doing that!!
My sister & my younger brother's (then) girlfriend had to go ask for one.As I mentioned my mother got in touch w/the funeral home & told them how dissatisfied we were with their service. So (since my dad was being cremated) they gave us an urn.I don't know if it was free of charge to make up for what they did or not.

Your dad would want you to only remember him alive, and not worry about the horrible things that happend right after his death.
.) His sense of humor was really something. He always made me laugh!
