Okay, we just got the results from my lab work yesterday, and I am now official a borderline diabetic.:cry: Curse my fat white body and my constant want for sugary sweet treats! But, luckily, they got a few prescriptions filled out for me that should help balance out my trigliserites (sp?).

i hate suger free food ( the cookies are bland and the candus are small and give you loose bowl

I'm sorry to hear that D'Snowth! Will you be managing it with diet or will you have to take insulin shots? I grew up with a girl who had diabetes so badly she had to take shots twice a day. Good luck with this new development in your life and take care of yourself!

Unless these prescriptions I'm getting are going to help the next time I have to go in, then yes I'll have to get shots...and you know hiw much I hate needle work!

I've been a diabetic since 1998. I used to get shots twice a day, but recently my doctor chaged it so I get more shots daily.
