I was borderline diabetic once. I cut back on all my sugary foods and went on the Atkins' diet. I lost a LOT of weight, down to 165 where I'm supposed to be for my height.
Now, though, I am lazy, quit exercising, and am up to 205. I'm fat, and eating too much sugar again. I better get to work on this, so you may have just woke me up again!
