Yeah pretty awesome that after all of this talk of 3-6 or 5-7 inches we only got about 2 again. Now there saying there's potential for big snow Thursday night into Friday morning. C'mon Philadelphia, let's play some successful dodgeball once again!

For Breakfast: Cinnamon Toast Crunch
For Lunch: Cheese-n-Quackers!

Speaking of which, hey Ziffel, remember this?

Big LOL, oh yes! I sure do. Uncle Joe rocked. Loved that voice of his too.

Remember when he and Oliver's mother were on that handcart and he let her do all the work? I think that was the same episode where she said to Joe, "Will you please get out of here, you clod!" One of my favorites was when he drove a fire engine right on Ollie's crops and walks up to Oliver. Oliver says in disgust, "Mr. Carson what's this!" Joe turns around and looks at the fire engine and says, "That's a fire engine. No wonder they didn't make you chief." Funny how Uncle Joe always got under Sam Drucker's skin too!

SAM DRUCKER: JOE! Put that apple down!
UNCLE JOE: Just examining it for the worms.
SAM DRUCKER: I de-wormed the whole basket!
UNCLE JOE: This one's gotta worm in it...
SAM DRUCKER: Oh, well then you can have...NOT THE APPLE, THE WORM!

Haw Haw Haw yesh! I had that one in mind. Also the chweing gum where Joe wanted to just buy one stick and Sam refused to break open a pack. So Joe asks Ollie, "Wanta go halfies on a pack of gum with me?" Ollie says, "No thank you". Joe says, "I'll let you choose the flavor." And then of course there's that bottomland Joe offers for sale!

I know how to get this thread back on weather while still talking Green Acres:

Remember the weather dolls episode? Whether the little lady or little man came out determined whether it was gonna be rainy or sunny. And didn't they both come out at the same time and Eb or someone says that means a terrible snow storm? I hope they don't both come out this Thurday night!

Oh yesh! >< That one was hilarious! But then again, what episode of Green Acres isn't?

OLIVER: EB! STOP THIS DANCING AND START PICKING APPLES!
EB: (Calls to the kid playing the radio) Cool it! Square Douglas is here!

It's going to be cold cold cold here in Dallas for tomorrow, which is the 7th. Going to be a high of 35 and a low of 19, with snow, sleet, freezing rain. Ouch for us.

Pretty similarly cold here in Philly these days. Right around the freezing mark now but gusty winds make it feel much colder. Glad I have a day off and can stay indoors. But they're still calling for about 4-8 inches of snow Thursday night into Friday afternoon. Unless the storm moves further out to sea than expected. And they're also talking about yet another storm possibility for next Tuesday (but it may warm up enough to be mainly rain). Agh these are the kind of patterns I hate. One storm just 3 or 4 days right after the other. No adequate breathing room! *Inhale* *Exhale* *Inhale* *Exhale* Hail is preferable to snow anyway!
