Ha ha yes here too in Philly there is reason to doubt the next snowstorm. Once again the last strom this past Friday was just about 2-3 inches. So about 7 total inches so far in the 3 recent storms. Next system they've been talking about the past few days is for Wednesday night into Friday. But thanks to expected milder temperatures (in the 40's) it looks like a lot of rain and/or rain and sleet mixed in with some snow. So probably not much snow accumulation in storm number 4 of winter 2005 either, yay!

No precipitation but a cold 27 today with a windchill of 17. This Thursday could be a wintry mix of precipitation in the afternoon but then supposed to warm up and change over to all rain.

Heh heh redboobergurl, it goes to show perspective depending on location again. Here in Philly it is in the 20's today (the coldest day so far and it will be warming up to the 40's for about a week starting Thursday). So at work today everyone kept complaining how freezing it is outside. And yet in Minnesota you also had 20's and called it, "Not too bad". As you said before, since you Minnesotans are used to the biting cold, 20's isn't too bad.
