The weather today is one word: BEAUTIFUL.

The sun is shining, it's about 78 degrees, the sky is clear blue. This is Minnesota summer at it's best and I just love it.

Breakfast: Cocoa Pebbles
Lunch: Cheese quesadilla (have you noticed a pattern? Every other day I switch between this or a sandwich)
Dinner: Pork chops and salad

Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend! Or, if you're not in the U.S. a great weekend!

Here in Dallas Texas, we just had a storm go through. Good thing too because this place hasn't had any rain in weeks and the grass going brown.

Well, you're clearly not where I am. We've got a rainy, misty, cool day today. Dunno if the fireworks are cancelled, but I'll see them on the 4th in the States.

Breakfast: Two Pop-Tarts and iced tea
Lunch: Chicken quesadilla, potato chips, iced tea
Supper: Hamburgers (I think)

It really seems like Pennsylvania weather is often a day behind Minnesota weather. I noticed in the winter a lot of times snow that is forecasted for a certain day here falls in Minnesota the day or two before. And several times when you've mentioned your weather in this warm season it's close to what we get here the next day. Most recently, you said the day before how hot it was, then yesterday you said heavy thunderstorms came through and then a cold front cooled things off and that today was sunny and beautiful. Well here in Philly we've had another hot and muggy week but today there are thunderstorms (one just started up right now) and tomorrow is going to be sunny and low 80's and much lower humidity (same for Sunday and Monday too, so will be a delightful July 4th weekend [other than I am working overtime this weekend! :frown: ] ). So whenever I see a weather report from you I guess I'll have a good idea on what to expect here in Philly the next day. (Course the temperature here in the winter doesn't get nearly as frigid as there. I saw last winter in the Duluth area some daily HIGH temps of negative 15!

Philly got more thunderstorms overnight between 2 and 3:30 am. Woke me up and kept me up till it finally stopped! Now probably this weekend there'll be a similar sound at night - but with fireworks instead of thunder!
Breakfast was scrambled eggs and toast.

Now how about a joke for the day:

Who is bigger, Mr. Bigger or Mr. Bigger's son? Mr. Bigger's son, because he's a little Bigger.
( I DO realize, by the way, that the purpose of jokes is to evoke LAUGHTER!)

And finally, Good morning Beauregard.
