Weather is beautiful. A little warmer than I would like in the sun, but the shade is perfect.

And I'm not sure I can quite call it breakfast, since I ate around 11, but my first meal of the day was a sandwich of toasted bread, cinnamon, peanut butter, and twelve chocolate chips, with a glass of milk. yummmmmmmmmm

mmm pop tarts.......I like the non-frosted strawberry *drools* better than my bagel with peanut butter!
I can't stand any Pop-Tarts but frosted strawberry. The non-frosted ones are too bloody dry. I also like Pillsbury Toaster Strudels, and I think Pop-Tarts Danish is still on the market. Those were awful good!

Ooh, I want in on this thread; it's really fun reading what the weather's like where youse' guys are! God, that made me sound like a boring person.

Anyhoo; here in New Jersey... wait a minute; I'm in New York right now; erm; it's slightly cloudy but tons of sunshine pouring in from all over none the less; cooler then last week but still comfy.

Breakfast: Egg and cheese sandwich with ketchup on an English muffin

YAY Muffins!

Lunch; Leftover steak from Father's Day dinner which I'm probably gonna' regret in about two hours.

Dinner: My wife hasn't told me yet.

These English muffins are also a mystery to me...I never eat mufins, and I sure is an englishman. In england if there's a muffin for sale, it says, "Large American Style Muffin"...maybe Muffins are so embarasing that no one country will admit to owning the patent!!!

Hahaha!! Beau, I think you're right... Just for fun, the Muffin Dictionary:

An english muffin is round, flat, and cuts nicely into two pieces. They taste pretty much like bread and are good to put other food on (eggs, cream cheese, jam, etc).
I googled for english muffin, and here is the perfect way to eat one!

(I guess it would be your American) Muffin is shaped the same way mushrooms are, and you don't put other food on these. They're sweet and have various fruits or good stuff in them (carrot -okay that's a veggie but still, banana, blueberry, chocolate, etc)
Google brought me a whole basket full! http://www.vegfamily.com/images/product-reviews/our-daily-muffin.jpg

Now, the issue is left with... scones???

Scones! Oh my, how delicious! My mother makes the and they are so good....with butter, and raspberry jam (only raspberry, not strawberry...that ruins them), and LOTS of cloted cream. Sooooooo good! Especially if still warm from the oven. Also, filling. You can't eat more than two scones.

Cheese scones, on the other hand...and Saltana scones...hmmm...not sure what to say on those...

You are making me hungry... my granny makes tea biscuits, which I believe are close to the same, but truthfully hers don't sound nearly as good...

Hey Vic, being that you're in north NJ I'll bet you know who Bob Grant is.

81 right now in Philly. Sunny (not a cloud in the sky, but haziness on the increase) and the humidity isn't awful (YET). By Friday the temps creep back up to 90 again. Course it IS summer officially.

My wife hasn't told me what's for dinner yet either. But she couldn't, of course, because I don't have a wife! Ha!
Oh and had Wendy's for lunch. Well, since I ate out for lunch today and for dinner last evening before I saw "Cinderella Man" at the movies, tonight instead of having some more typical male bachelor food (eating out) I'll probably have the other typical male bachelor food - microwaveable frozen dinners!

Hahaha true! But then again, I'm still in danger with eating out because if I want to get a pizza it may be a Yuck! (Don't know if you have seen or recall that one episode where Eb brought home a pizza he bought in Pixley and told Oliver all these weird ingredients it had on it [like chocolate and pineapples] and Ollie says, "Yuck!" Then Eb says, "That's what it's called. You go in there and ask for a Yuck!" Actually, Ollie and Eb pronounced it more like Yeeeuck!).
