HIV infected gas pumps

Just found this story online:

"In Florida and other places on the East Coast a group of people are putting HIV/AIDS infected and filled needles underneath gas pump handles, so when someone reaches to pick it up and put gas in their car, they get stabbed with it. 16 people have been a victim of this crime so far and 10 tested HIV positive."

Thought I'd pass it along just in case. Be sure to pass this info along to anyone you think should know. Protect yourselves and those you love.

Wow, when I first saw this thread, it scared the crap out of me! Luckily, I have no need to ever pump gas, but I will certainly be spreading the word! Since it started in Florida it sounds like it is far away from us, but it still pays to be careful!
