Here's the planned performance:
My character's name is Soloman DH Blues (DH=Delaney Houchins) and Lin is Brother Linwood Blues. Both characters do have character profiles, too. Including a jail record for Soloman!
When the guitar music begins, we take the stance not unlike the Blues Bros do for Soul Man, but when the remaining music starts up, we begin dancing and singing.
Linwood:
C'mon, baby don't you want to go?
C'mon, baby don't you want to go?
Back to that same old place
Sweet Home Chicago
Linwood/Soloman:
C'mon, baby don't you want to go?

Back to that same old place
Sweet Home Chicago
Soloman:
1 and 1 is 2
2 and 2 is 4
I see my Uncle Jake standing in Heaven's Front Door
Linwood/Soloman:
Hidey Hey
Baby don't you want to go?
Back to that same old place
Sweet Home Chicago
Linwood:
4 and 4 is 8
8 and 2 is 10
We wanna thank Isaac Hayes for having us back again!

To my
Sweet Home Chicago
(Dance out, fade)
Best description I can give for the dance is watch the movie, the first chorus when Jake begins singing the song, watch Elwood. I do that until I dance my way to the microphone to perform with Linwood. During the song, I'll be on harmonica and doing a couple of steps while Lin sings and does some various things. Mostly, we'll be stepping to the left (left foot/right foot) then back to the right (right foot/ left foot) like Jake and Elwood do during some of the song Everybody Needs Somebody (To Love). When we "Dance out, fade" we'll be doing exactly what Jake and Elwood do down the runway on their stage, but in a MUCH smaller space.
That's the best I can describe the whole thing.
