Fuzzy Feet Hotel, I pictured being just around the corner from the theatre, not sure what street that puts it on, but that is what I kind of pictured. I hope that at least helps a little, if you can tell me what street is the street just around the corner from the theatre I can maybe give more direction.

Rully? That close? For some reason, I pictured it in the northwestern corner of town, sort of in the same general area as Coming Unbound.
But since it's your call Beth... The street the theater's located on is Central Hunt Street, there's no name for either street that connects at either corner of that. If you have any suggestions for what name the street Fuzzy Feet's located at, I'd gladly listen. And of course, what number to complete the address.

No Bo, Thundercloud Studios isn't part of town... But the 3976&½ is to be located on the border of the business district.
