The string bit with Ernie and Bert should be on there. I thought I saw it. If not, there's always Youtube.com.

That's really cool, thanks for posting! I voted for Kermit's Caribeann song since it's one of the few I haven't seen in a while. But it looks like the Bert and Ernie one is winning which is great too. :stick_out_tongue: :frown:

I don't know if clicking "vote and view results" automatically gives votes to segments or not, or if Amazon can only allow one vote per computer for unregistered users, but if you want to check, I would suggest clicking on a clip you'd want to see on there (the first clip chosen, The Alligator King, always has a check unless you click on a different choice... So unless you want that to have it's sixth DVD release I'd suggest marking a clip you really want included if you desire to check what's in the lead). Last I checked the string tied sketch was in the lead.

I shall second minor muppetz list...but I would love to see some real oldies like "Goin' For a Ride", "Everyone Likes Ice Cream" and bits from the very early years.
All in all minor, great list!

I thought I did put Everyone Likes Ice Cream on the list, but looking at it, I clearly didn't (I guess it's an oversight). And there are a lot of stuff on that list I'd like to see on the set that I didn't include, but we can't have everything, and I tried to limit on same-ness. I thought that the set should include multip,e skits with some of the same old school characters (especially to emphasize that they were regular characters).

But maybe I did go a bit overboard on wishing for clips from the first two seasons...

Man, looking at my list, there are quite a few things that woukd've gone on disc 2 that I forgot to include. Stuff like Things That I Remember, Let's Lay an Egg, Outrageous Makeover: Home Addition, A Cookie is a Sometimes Food, and Sleep! I also regret not listing any CGI Twiddlebugs sketches.

Man, and there are quite a few characters that, to my knowledge, I didn't list any sketches with. Characters like Little Bird, Rodeo Rosie, Sam the Robot, Aristotle, The Busby Twins, Shivers the Penguin, Monty, Barkly, Alice, Natasha, Ingrid, and Humphrey. Some of those I don't know of any exact sketches featuring them. But I probably also should have listed another Two-Headed Monster sketch or two (man, and I didn't list any of their word-sounding sketches... Shame on me!)

But back to the main topic, last night I dreamt that Amazon added more clips to vote for. I can't remember all of the clips, but I do recall the sketch where Jim Carrey showed emotions with his feet being one of the clips.

What I want to see are sketches with the Big Four puppeteers together (Jim, Frank, Jerry and Richard). If anything I prefer it when they perform AMs. That way they could use different voices

You know, for months since this project was announced (heck, evne before any such announcement, as I had been wishing for such a set... only a four-disc set focusing on different 10-year periods per disc), I had thought that the 1999 special Sesame Street Unpaved would make a good bonus feature. And that special includes some of the clips nominated, like What's the Name of That Song? Henson Ball (I can't remember which ending was shown in that speical), The Alligator King, and King of 8. It also had a Pinball Number Count segment, but I can't remember which one.
