I am going to ask that this thread be closed by Kevin for 2 reasons:
1. This well intended thread that should be for wishing Administrator Phillip Chapman a happy birthday has turned extremely negative in more ways than one.
2. There is already a great thread made called "Happy Birthday, Phillip Chapman" that was created way before this one was. It is positive and all birthday wishes to Mr. Chapman should go there.
