40 degrees with a high wind warning by me and they didn't postpone it; I don't think anyone hardly comes by me anyway since I'm sort of at the entrance of a development. When I was younger it seemed like so many people were on the street.

People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if you must drive.
