Gas Prices.. Tooting around town for a low price?

Whoh! 3.49?! where are you from!? you poor things! I thought 3.10 was bad... I guess where ever you are, it can ALWAYS be worse.

I'm in the same state as Fozzie Bear, but I'm on the opposite side!

I think its about $1.50 AUD per litre here, not sure though because I havent been out and seen the price for a few days.

Today I actually saw a gas station selling gas for $2.79/gal. It was so unexpected that I did a double take. The station right across the street was selling gas for $2.95. How weird is that??

It's pretty bad when you start thinking that $2.79 is cheap for gas.

Yeah, 2.79 is cheap gas all of a sudden. Last night, my dad said, "Look, gas is going down- it's 2.88 there." Then he realized how ironic that sounded.

It's been cheapest at $3.08 for two weeks now with the promise that the prices will be dropping in two weeks... I hope. I drive 150 miles a day; so I have to fill up every other day, that's coming out to roughly $160 a week.

Here in Dallas Texas, gas is about $2.80. I wish it was at a $1.20.

I saw a very strange gas price on Wed night. It wasn't so strange as to how much it was .. but how much difference between regular and premium.

I wish I had my digicam with me that day, I'm sure it's changed by now.

The regular unleaded was priced at $2.78/gal
The Mid Grade gas was priced at $2.79/gal
The PREMIUM gas was also priced at $2.79/gal

I actually did a double take. Then a triple take. What the heck?? Only a PENNY difference? Too bad I was in a hurry or else I would have checked the pumps to see if that was correct.

Across the street they were selling gas for $2.89/gal regular with a $.10 difference between grades.

Gas prices sure are strange lately. Very strange.

I just wish I could stay longer. I keep having so many problems at home that I'm lucky to be able to log on at all.
