Is Frank Oz ever going to do more Muppet or puppetry type projects? I heard that he is making a remake of THE Stepford Wives........

He still works on Sesame Street sparingly. It would be nice to see him do some non-Sesame stuff, but with Eric Jacobson doing so well with his characters, it's not very likely. Not impossible, just not likely.

His Stepford Wives remake stars Nicole Kidman, Matthew Broderick, Christopher Walken, Faith Hill, Glenn Close and Bette Midler. It's set for a June 2004 release.

He's also attached to the Powers film, which we've been discussing here. I guess he will also be doing some voice work on the new Star Wars film as well sometime soon.
