Woo-hoo, over 3000! This has probably been mentioned earlier in the thread, but have you sent this to Henson yet?

Hey Warrick

I also heard a rumor of the DVD release - Compilation Region 2 DVD with French soundtrack, but with original English audio as well as other euro languages as secondary audio tracks. Distributed in France only i think so you'd need to go to www.amazon.fr or somewhere like that.

A "best of" compilation would not work...

...since all the episodes were so good that it would be forever and a day trying to decide on the "best" ones....

I am now thinking about buying a French DVD player to play the Fraggle DVDs if they really are coming out!

Wouldn't you have to get an adaptor for the European outlet plug thingy?

Just wondering,

Carrie,

Some code-free DVD players convert Pal-NTSC and NTSC-Pal on the fly so they are compatible with both kinds of television sets. Those that do not include NTSC-Pal/Pal-NTSC converters built in, do require a Pal tv to view Pal programming. So there are generally two-different kinds of code-free DVD players out there.
