To a degree, although as they are all backlit, theres a certain amount of flexibility, plus additional light will be added on the final composition.
True but I was looking more from a left/right perspective to see if they fit together and i was wondering if you were that dedicated to the secret that you would change the lighting on say Lew to throw us off to really make us think he was behind Janice.

From the various pics he has shown us, from his flickr account and his own website, you can kind of figure out where the characters will be on the larger scale.

I can't imagine he would go to those extremes of changing the lighting to throw us off...

I've been compiling the pics he has shown us in a collage of sorts into what I think the final pic may or may not look like. I've shown Stuart this, and he says my guess is about 65% right, as for character positions...

I have changed the characters around quite alot to confuse anyone trying to put together their own version. What I would ask, if people wouldn't mind, is for people not to post their versions of how they see the final piece being put together as, after months of work, I would hate for the final surprise to be spoilt before I unveil it. Thanks folks

I tried to do that once and then all of a sudden Big Bird was in the middle of everything and I knew I had it wrong. :wisdom:

What Muppet are you working on now? What one has been the biggest challenge?
