To a degree, although as they are all backlit, theres a certain amount of flexibility, plus additional light will be added on the final composition.

Ha ha ha! EPIC! I love it so much! The texture of the penguin's stomach is FANTASTIC! And his eye and his mouth and EVERYTHING! So perfectly awesome! LOVE it!
