Is anyone else having trouble with their Thread Subscriptions in their Control Panel?

Forum: Subscriptions still broken

I still can't keep thread subscriptions with my account. I posted and emailed about this a month ago, but haven't received any help. If there's no solution yet, a word to let me know that it's being worked on would be swell.

Just sent you an e-mail. I don't know why you are having trouble with this, but we will try to figure it out and find a solution if at all possible.

Are you getting e-mail notifications, but you aren't seeing anything under "subscribed threads" in control panel or are you not getting e-mail notifications either?

Subscribed forums don't generate notification emails on new threads or posts. Only subscribed threads do.

It doesn't have anything to do with Email Notifications, just my Subscribed Threads list.

Scott,

I just made a change in the php source code that may effect a small number of users. I think this might have corrected the problem for you. Please be sure you have subscribed to a thread, then log-in to your control panel.

Please click on "View All Subscribed Threads" and you should see a complete list of the threads you have subscribed too.

Just checked your account with the info you sent me. In control panel, I'm seeing a list under both "Subscribed Threads" and "View All Subscribed Threads".

Please let me know if we got the issue resolved.

Glad you got things working now and that the PHP code fix did the trick.
