Wow Lisa, that was so sweet! Just wondering, so far my favorite of your original songs was your first one from "Destination Home," because you said you had a tune for it in your head. Did you imagine a melody for this one?
Count, I'm sorry to keep sparring with you, but I don't think it was really Kermit that had the nightmare, if you know what I mean.
Lisa, a coupple of things I forgot to mention. First, it was kind of funny with Kermit deciding whether or not to close the window. I was actually thinking of Boober, and thaught you might mention how Robin might get sick from this air, LOL! Then, when describing Robin's nightmare, you probably mentioned most, if not all of the standard sleep phinomina, *wink* Was that influenced by your psychology training?

Well... True, in the chapter, it's Robin who has the dream/nightmare. But then Kermit tells the little frog he's had that same dream/nightmare before as well. So they've both had it.
In either case... More story please Lisa?

Chapter Nineteen
Yup, the queen of Fan Fiction has struck gold again, and she's willing to share it with us, wel, dashed if we arn't ready to throw aside our homework and Alias dvds and settle down for the long haul.

Robin curled up on Kermit’s bed in a sort of nest he had bunched the blanket into.
CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (count those) Seriously, that is unbeleivably cute, but also makes me wonder, do the frog generally sleep in nests? What was swamp homes like after all? Do they have homes? Do they live underground? Do they have beds? Tables? Knives? Guns? Baths? Wardrobes?

Ahem, LISA YOU ARE THE MOST AMAZING WRITER I HAVE EVER EVER READ!! EVER!!

First of all, Maggie and Kermit, the banjo in the swamp, amazing. I love the fact that you brought that back from Swamp Call!

Secondly, Jim, Kermit, Joe Raposo. AMAZING!!!! Rowlf in the M state!! Also amazing!! "Today's lunch has been brought to you by the letter M" !!! Wha ha ha!!!

Thirdly, ROBIN!!! THIS IS YOUR BEST ROBIN WORK EVER!!! And is it just a "coincidence" that Kermit brought him home in Chapter 18? And the stairs?

Anyway, the song, wow the song!! Great great great!!

So in conclusion you rock out loud. I can't believe how much you've gotten posted since I've been gone. (Ok yes I can, but that's because I've been gone for months...:zany:) So keep up the good work Lisa! And don't shoot penguins at me, I'll be back soon, promise!! :excited:

Don't worry... The only one we shoot penguins at around here is the author whenever she takes too long in posting new chapters.

LOVE IT! The song was beautiful! And Robin is so sweet and innocent and I just want to squeeze him! And Kermit is doing such a good job taking care of him and he had his doubts but he's doing just fine! Oh wow, I just love this story SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much!!!!

FraggleMuppet: As a matter of fact, I have melodies for all of my original songs. (Well, except for the one in Miss Piggy's fantasy in Destination: Home.) This one seems to be the most likely to get stuck in my head, though. Which is annoying, having a lullaby stuck in your head... <sigh>.

Beau: I'm really not sure what exactly living conditions are like in the swamp, but I don't think they have houses like we have. I mean, they might have some kind of house, I would imagine they have some kind of shelter from storms and such, but I really don't know what. And I'm afraid to ask why they would have guns.

Prawnie: PRAWNIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11...1? ...2, 3, 4, 5... What now? PRAWNIE! You're here! Except you're not. But you like it! Yay! My very best Robin work ever? You've made me a very happy Toga over here. As for chapter eighteen, well, depending on how you define "coincidence"... Eh, let's just say it was very, very, very, very, VERY lucky and EXTREMELY appropriate. Don't you agree?

green stuff: Well, <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<HUGS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> right back! And so glad you like it.

Beth: Glad you like it! I want to squeeze Robin, too! But then again, I always do...

Count: Yes, I see that you've posted here too, and thank you for doing so, and it really doesn't seem right not to acknowledge you after acknowledging everyone else, but I really don't know what to say! Except that I'm glad you like it, and yes, hot chocolate is delicious.

Finals week is upon us, everybody! Well, sort of. Which means I should be studying, but that doesn't mean I AM studying, because I very rarely study... Anyway, I'll be getting out of school early on Tuesday and Wednesday, and leaving town for five days on Thursday. So I'll see if I can post tomorrow, and Tuesday, and Wednesday... Or one or two of those days, or some combination of those days... Yeah, I'll try. But no promises! Because I have packing and cleaning and studying that I should be doing, and I kind of hit a rough spot in the time line that I'm still playing with how to write through... But we'll get there! I promise you that. We will get there. I will get us there. Eventually. Somehow. All right, now I'm just procrastinating that laundary and sleep stuff, and I kind of need those things...

What's a laundry? What's a sleep? LOL!
Seriously, perhaps if you tell us exactly what point you're having trouble with, one of us could help you? And this being out of town isn't the big trip to Isriel, is it?
And no, "we" don't have finals week. *stick out tongue* But seriously, good luck!

No no no, this isn't THE BIG TRIP. I don't leave for that until June 18. This is just going to see my sister graduate from college. I'll be back late Monday-ish. Meanwhile, "one of you" is already helping me, and I am extremely grateful for that.

Thanks for the well-wishes on the finals! I can't believe it's already finals week, but I think I'll do okay.

Right, now, which random thing that needs doing is shouting the loudest for my attention...
