I do not think she had experinace fixing copy machines (or magic Ukeleles for that matter). Only way I can explain it.
After all, 90% of the time it was toasters that they fixed.

Exactly. And with lots of UPS stores and Mail Boxes ETC.s around, it makes sense. Just thankfull they didn't turn it into a "copy-it-shop" (Kinkos) or a "Berw-it-shop" (Starbucks..... there's none of these in my town, but in Boston, there's like 5 per corner...)
