And Harry Belafonte was just WOW
Harry Belafonte would be my second favorite. Everyone doing "Turn the World Around" is one of the most memorable segments in the history of The Muppet Show in my opinion. It's also one of my favorite songs from the show.

I'd have to say my favorite guest star (out of all 120 celebrities) was John Denver. The chemistry that he had with the Muppets was nothing short of astounding and adorable, especially in "The Garden Song." Plus, the exchange with Miss Piggy over swamp creatures is gold because John couldn't keep a straight face at all. And you can tell that he's having a blast doing the scene.

My honorable mentions include Rita Moreno, Zero Mostel, Madeline Kahn, Elton John, Julie Andrews, John Cleese, Alice Cooper, Raquel Welch, Harry Belafonte, Liza Minelli, Lynda Carter, Linda Ronstadt, and Carol Burnett.
