although i can't remember if i had thought of this myself or if it was the influence of The Christmas Toy, (i was probably 8 or 9 when I saw the movie)I use to think my toys would move and talk when i left the room..... I still kinda beleive

Hehe, yeah! I bought the Claymation Christmas on dvd (came with two other claymation holidays ^_^ though they aren't as good). I love it! Also have the Garfield Christmas special on dvd (also comes with two other holidays. the christmas one seems differnet though, like they've changed a few parts?). I also love the old frosty and rudolph, but the Ives. Snow man kinda creeps me out. ^_^ Oh but I also Loved the old Mickey's CHristmas Carol and the Looney Tunes christmas special. Hehe Taz dressed as Santa was so adorable. ^_^
