No way is Richard underused. He's awesome, anytime I watch any of the classic muppets, I hear his voice all over the place. True he may not have been an A-lister, but it's not like he was reduced to a coffee boy or something. And you also have to keep in mind, at that time, he was sort of like the "little brother" of the troupe.
