I know almonds were part of the original recipe for windmill cookies, but I also know that almonds and other tree nuts are a common food allergen. I have looked for windmill cookies that don't contain almonds (even on the Internet) but all of them had almonds. Since everybody knows about nut allergies these days, I'd expect to find nut-free windmill cookies, but even on the Internet, I can't find any. Can anybody tell me if there are windmill cookies that DO NOT contain almonds or any other tree nut?

God, we should've used this for the general chat thread. Let's scrap the replies one, this feels fresh.

Reminds me of that time I was super high and I had this vision of an 80's shampoo commercial playing in my head. My friend Jeff was in it.
