Counting Blues.

Well, maybe not as down as the title should sound, couldn't think of anything else.

Hi guys, just expounding my thoughts here where it made sense to post 'em. For the longest time, moreso when I was younger, I loved to draw and create my own characters/creatures. And of course, I love the realm of myths and monsterdom. Problem is, that since I stopped drawing due to my blind batty eyes, I'm pretty much forced to write out descriptions instead. And I think that a bit of the spontaneity I used to have's gone.
But back to the point of this...

There are times that I get excited, develop a group, and then develop an air of unsatisfaction which forces me to go back down to 0 and start all over again. What I was wondering...
Got a list of all the creatures, some that just pop into my head based on some ideas from watching various TV shows... Some naturally fit the Transylvanian world of my namesake and roomie, others are just based on regular animals.
Should I develop the characters in a sort of countdown fashion, no matter what they're based on so long as it's the idea I want for that particular number?
Or should I start from 1, posting a sort of series of Counting Scene vignets in the FanFiction section featuring a different member of the monstruous roster?

Hope to get some feedback from my forum friends.

Hmmm, interesting quandry Ed. I think a series of vignets would be interesting to read, that's my personal opinion, others might think differently. I also enjoy reading your work though, so I would enjoy reading some vignets. Hope that helps a little!

Let's see what happens. Oh, and I'd need an artist, someone who can help by drawing the scenes in full color twice... One with my namesake/roomie depicting the full scene, and another with just the character by themselves as a sort of self-photo.

Well, now I'm not sure... The whole deal about getting your ideas jacked off of the 'net... But I'm waffling with myself again.
Guess that's the real problem, my mind comes up with a slue of character ideas so quickly I can hardly keep up... And when I do the destructive/unsatisfied influence hits. Aw heck, let's just see where this leads.

Thanks Bryan... That means a lot, it does. Though I wonder if I should just keep working on my babies, as I affectionately call them, on my own... Or go ahead and start posting the little snipets of counting castle life.
Maybe if some more of my forum friends like Lisa, Kyle, Sara, Beth, Kathy, and the rest commented here... Oh well, maybe I'll make a decision in the morning, but don't hold me to it.
