You said that a good parent shows their kids what is right and wrong. Have you changed your mind?

Yes, I think that skit is really funny. Let the parents show what is right & wrong. I think it's funny when some muppets have fainted such as Grover & Bert.

I believe the sketch is from Season 3 (or 4, maybe), and the show is from Season 24.

It has also has a classic Bert & Ernie sketch from Season 1 where Ernie has a cookie lying on the table, which reminds him of a million things, and gets Bert all confused.
