No. You're wrong.

TMS is history, TMM is not.

But, let's find a new topic...

TMS is an obviously scripted TV show about a Theater show while TMM is presented as some kind of muppet history.

Ok. You have your opinion, I'll have mine.

Now, as to the questain presented about the ending of MTM. As they enter the church, we cut to a real church later. That's what I always thought.

OK, how about THIS to complicate things:

In MTM, the minister was a real minister and legally able to perform marriage ceremonies.

Kermit and Miss Piggy were characters performed by Jim Henson and Frank Oz.

So that meant that Jim and Frank got married.

(Not that there's anything wrong with that.)

Ok confuse me even more why don't ya? My head hurts. So what's the final verdict on the orginal question? Are they married or no? My opinion is no.

I think it's probably funniest just to let Kermit and Piggy disagree on this issue between themselves.

It is not a question. In the 30th anniversary Piggy said that Kermit is a happily married frog and Kermit did that "oh Piggy" shy thing, not the "We are not married pig!" thing. The character WERE married and then that little piece of info was forgotten about later.
