Second only to the Muppets, I am a HUGE comic book fan. Love comics, love conventions. I know for a fact there's lots of comic book fans on Muppet Central, especially now with Neil Gaiman's work in MirrorMask, we're really coming out of the wood work! So I was wondering if you fans would share what titles you're reading now, and offer suggestions on what you think we'd like. Here are mine:
o “Identity Crisis” from DC
o “The Amazing Spider-Man” from Marvel (which just finished up a FANTASTIC story introducing Gwen Stacy's kids!)
o “Street Fighter” from Udon
o “The Spectacular Spider-Man” from Marvel
o “Marvel Knights Fantastic Four”
o “Ultimate X-Men”
o “The New X-Men - Academy X”
o “Night Crawler”
o “Liberty Meadows” from Image (BTW, Frank Cho is my favorite artist in comics right now and I can't wait to see his new series for Marvel, but I read he recently penciled for a Spider-Man title, any body know which one? I must have it!)
o “Venom” from Marvel
o “Secret Wars” which is taking forever between issues.
o “Astonishing X-Men” thank you Whedon and Cassidy!!!
o And even though they're not actually comics… “Wizard” magazine and “Toyfare” because “Twisted Mego Theatre” is beyond funny.
I used to collect a lot more DC and Image and Dark Horse, but Marvel is my land of milk and honey now.

I think the last issue was #5 with Robin kneeling on the cover. He looks devestated... and if you read Identiity Crisis, you'll know why

I still pick up a Gambit comic every so often, because he's my favorite X-Man. I would love to see him show up in a future X-Men movie (or better yet, a Gambit movie). Back in the day, I loved anything Marvel, especially Daredevil (darn you, Ben Affleck!) and X-Men.

In X2, when Mystique morphs to look like Lady Death Strike so she can use her computer, if you look on the computer screen under the massive names of files on other mutants, Gambit has his own folder right on the desktop. I am a little nervous though that Bryan Singer won't be involved in X3, they've got a great franchise going, and they better not ruin it!
