I love how the workshop wasn’t afraid to poke at the joke of “never meet your heroes” with how Jeffy and Chrissy treat Mike throughout the episode (though at least he got to sing in the end).

Gina had better luck meeting her hero a few seasons earlier. But then again, I don’t think she wanted to sing with the band (even if she does sing better than Mike).
