I thought he was kinda stupid, but for that reason, I remember him the most. XD Does anyone have any pictures of him at all? I don't really remember his face much.

I actualy have never heard of him- then again- We didnt have cable when Muppets Tonight was on. I only got to watch it when I spent the night at my grandmas.

Also Carl did blow bubbles out of his head just before swallowing Bill.
But then Carl was really a muppet monster by definition not a true man.
As far as I know there never was any other man or woman muppet depicted as blowing bubbles in such manner outside of Bill's own family.

BILL THE BUBBLE GUY!! He is the best guy in the world! Having not watched Muppets Tonight since my dad put ALL my videos in the attic 
I had completely forgotten about him! he was so cool!
I'm not particualrly upset tho, i never really liked Muppets tonight (although when I was 5 I didn't realy care). The Muppet Show was the best
. They used to show it every saturday night on Nickelodeon. I miss it
