Does anyone remember the skit with Bill Cosby and the 4 kids? He insisted that there were only 3 kids with him( the 4th one was standing behind his seat) and all 3 kids told Bill there were 4 of them but they did not reveal where the 4th one was. Bill gets out of his seat and the 4th kids follows behind him so he can't see him. He goes to the back of where the other 3 kids are standing and looks into the camera and says something like "Now ladies and gentlemen...here it is 1 2 3...now that's all!" When he goes to take his seat again, all 3 kids at the same time says "4" and they start laughing. Finally, Bill turns around and sees the 4th kid behind him and gets a big laugh out of it himself. "So...there you are...1, 2 ,3, 4 kids" Then he moves his seat out of the way and says "And what else"? Not sure how the skit ended but it was vintage Bill Cosby vs. the kids humor from the 70's.

Oh that would have been so cool to see! Bill Cosby is so great with kids. That skit reminds me of something that might have happened on the Cosby Show with Rudy and her little friends. Those were always the best Cosby moments.

I thought that bit was great, Bill insisting there were only three kids, and the kids insisting there's four. Then when Bill turns around and finds the 4th kid hiding behind him "AHAAAAAAAAAA!!! GOTCHA!! SO THERE!! FOUR!!" the look on his face was priceless!

Same as his bit with the same kids trying to describe "over" and "under". Bill gently gets the point across, and the kids have so much fun correcting him.
All of us at home got to learn something too, and at the same time we have fun laughing and joking. It's all groovy:big_grin:

I remember that over and under skit too. Bill told the kids something like" A friend of mine went UNDER the bridge". The thing about it is that as he said the word "under" he demonstrated the word "over" with his hand. Prompting the kids to say "no that's OVER"!

At one point, the kid finished the story before Bill could!

Bill: "How do you know?"
Kid: "I know your friend."
Bill: "Oh."
