Sorry, forgive me for being a grump, but what am I missing to not find him funny? Is it that fact that he's a poorly made puppet? Has an irritating voice? Lies about being in scene he's not in? Er...what?

Hehe, those are the reasons why I like Joe the Armadillo. But then, I tend to like the annoying characters the most. You don't even want to know what my favorite Star Wars characters are.

I Know A Muppet Villian. How about Cosmo Scam From The Great Santa Claus Switch. Would he fall into the same category or not?

I've always thought Charles Grodin as Nicky Holiday was pretty great! And Tim Curry is brilliant in pretty much anything he does.

Also, would you really consider Scrooge (Michael Caine) to be a "villian"? Just curious.

Technically BEAR Ebenezer Scrooge is a classic bad character from Charles Dickens' writings who sees the error of his ways and becomes good in the end. So I think you really can consider Michael Caine in the role of Scrooge to be a villian who reforms.

And BTW I would consider Doc Hopper to definitely be the ultimate villain of Muppet Productions:boo: :stick_out_tongue:

Long John Sliver was a nasty piece of work, never liked him.
I see Clifford as a villain, becoming the muppet host instead of kermit. GRRR

Doc Hopper and Nick Holiday were IMHO the most dastardly, they wouldn't quit no matter what! Except for Doc Hopper eventually, but I think a giant Animal would be enough to make anyone up and run away. Regardlessl; Hopper wins the award I think.
