just out of curiosity how do u do it in photoshop...is there a certain button that does it?

i tried to get rid of that black line on the bottom, but i couldn't how do i do that i tried in a couple differant programs, but when i get rid of the line the white comes back...i hate to be of burden but how would i be able to fix this....
